Refund Policy
Transparency in our tool listing and donation fulfillment.
1. Tool Listing Submissions
AI Understanding charges a verification and editorial fee for tool submissions to ensure the quality and credibility of our directory.
1.1 Guaranteed Refunds
If a submitted tool fails to meet our editorial quality bar or verification standards, the listing will not be published and a full refund of the verification fee will be issued back to the original payment method within 5 business days.
1.2 Successful Publications
Once a tool listing has been successfully reviewed and published to the AI Understanding directory, the editorial fee is considered fully earned and is non-refundable. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time to prevent future billing.
2. Charitable Donations
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, donations made to AI Understanding are generally non-refundable once they have been processed. These contributions are immediately applied toward our mission of making AI education free and accessible for all.
3. Dispute Resolution
If you believe a billing error has occurred or have questions about a payment, please contact our support team at info@aiunderstanding.org within 14 days of the transaction date.
